3 day diet Round 5 Results
Well folks crazy diet guy, blogger extraordinaire, and gymrat me has done it again. I successfully lost 8 lbs give or take an ounce. And to be honest I cheated each day. The first two days were barely cheats, but hey I’m honest. The third day I attended an important party and ended up with hors d’oeuvres of cheese and celery on a plate and a healthy amount of white wine . Do I feel guilty? NO. Not in the least. Business is business and I was curious how big the loss to my diet would be. I’m sure it impacted me a good bit. I also only worked out one day on the diet, didn’t drink a lot of water, and was belligerent if that matters. I did do 45 minutes of cardio on diet day 1. felt good. Hell I need more but I’m a real guy. I’m not gonna hammer my readers about the glory of cardio and the needs of exercise for heart health and survival, and leadership through exercise and showing it as a cornerstone/pillar…… Blah Blah Blah. Been there heard that- done that! I’m a regular guy making moves trying to build an empire and a vast sum of thick cords of muscle.
There isn’t much more to it. I want to be wealthy and large, healthy is a close third behind those two. Think I’m a jerk? Cool. I got a real reaction from you without selling you junk or lying.

3 Day Diet Menu Plan
The Military Diet, or the 3 day diet plan, is a short-term diet where you can lose up to 10 pounds a week. The actual diet plan for the Military Diet is detailed below.
DRINKS:
Water is the only thing you can drink on the Military Diet. And drink as much as you can!
DAY 1:
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)
Dinner
3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 2
Breakfast
1 egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 hard-boiled egg
5 saltine crackers
Dinner
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
DAY 3
Breakfast
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Lunch
1 hard-boiled egg (or cooked however you like)
1 slice of toast
Dinner
1 cup of tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
